Cancellation Policy:
Less than 8 weeks notice – 25% of the deposit. Less than 6 weeks notice – 55% of the deposit. Less than 4 weeks notice – 75% of the deposit. Less than 2 week notice – 100% of the deposit. All cost incurred to make refund (eg, commissions, credit card charges and bank charges) will be at the expect of the client and a 15% admin fee will be charged on top of all expenses. If any booking is made the client agrees to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court in Tzaneen in the event of any enforcement of law applicable to the area of Magoebaskloof Getaway and for the purposes of any action arising from both the client and Magoebaskloof Getaway.
